Trying to unzip .apk.zip file but shows up as a folder, not installable.

    Neither Astro nor appInstaller will open it as a apk. It shows it as a folder. Using Mac.

    EDIT: fixed by using Astro to rename the apk.zip to just .apk. Used to not have to do this. My Mac will not leave it as just .apk without turning it into a folder.

    just remove the .zip on the extension.

    Have you tried to unzip on the computer and then load the .apk ?

    These didn't work on my Mac. Had to use Astro to rename. My Mac won't turn it into .apk without making it a folder. Thanks though.
