I'm trying to use my Droid Eris to connect my MacBook to the Internet. I'm plugged in, I turn on PdaNet on my phone, but when I try to connect from the computer end, It gives me the following error message:

"Fail to launch PdaNet background service 2, err=61"

I'm running Snow Leopard, but it did the same thing before I upgraded from OS 10.5.

    Any thoughts? Thanks.

Did you download the correct version of PDANet?

Yes, it's the Mac version. You're the 2nd person who's told me the PC verison has worked fine. I wonder if it's a Mac problem.

Possible. I do know mac's don't play nice with non-mac/apple devices.
