Help Turn Android OS apps Back On

I was messing around where I shouldn't have and disabled some of factory installed apps. Phone still works but is very slow. Also when I try to power down. It sometimes goes into restart instead. It also freezes up a lot, forcing me to close the app I'm using and reopen it. I have tried factory reset many ,with no improvement. How can I turn them back on. I am using ZTE Warp Elite n9518 by Boost Mobile.

Go to settings apps disabled then enable them
