I need to have all incoming calls go directly to voice mail, but I need to have all other functions (internet, text messages...) enabled.

This would make it appear to callers that the phone is off.

On the IO control widget, there is no button just for phone service.

I have a Motorola Droidx running Android 2.3.4. The system version is 4.5.621.MB810.Verizon.en.US

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

On my phone (different model, also running 2.3) the menu "Call Settings->Call Forwarding" has an "Always Forward" option. So if I wanted to do this I'd just use that to direct all calls to voicemail.

Unfortunately, I don't have a "call forwarding" option within my menu screens. Thanks for the response, though.

Option 1: Put the phone in airplane mode and then use wifi. Of course this is dependent on wifi being available a the time.

Option 2: Install a call blocker. There are a plenty on the market and most of them will allow all calls to be blocked. Blocking can either be set to a quick answer and hang up or set to go straight to voice mail on many of them.

A member just recommended to me an app that appears to have just what you're looking for.

Go to the market and search Call Control. It does what you want and more from what I understand. I just downloaded it yesterday and have not had time to play with it, but I did see an option to forward calls to voice mail. :)
