Hello,
my mum has a problem on her Samsung Galaxy S4 and I can't really help her without holding the phone physically. I am on my holidays and if I (or someone here) will not be able to solve the problem, she will have to go to repair it. Which cost money as you know. So I wonder if anyone had this problem and can help me (her).
The only description I have is that the phone is turning off after each pressing of the home button. The phone is not rooted, so it's not switched with the power button.
