I need help with this. I bought a turtle beach recon model headset. It's marketed for PS4, even though it is designed to work with any device with an audio jack port. This is good for me, as I am a PC gamer. However, sometimes I like to lay on my couch with my phone and watch Netflix or YouTube. Normal earbuds work fine, but I would like my headset to work. My headset works fine in both my computers, but out of all the times I've tried to use it with my phone, it's only worked twice. If someone could help, me please do, it would be very appreciated.
