tutorial for changing icons?

i have a rooted evo (fresh 1.0.1) and im using launcher pro plus. i have better cut. i am not quite sure how to edit the icons. is there a tutorial for that?

you are basically creating new shortcuts to apps with custom icon images.

long press home screen, add shortcut, click on bettercut.
choose what type of shortcut you want to create, (most apps are under 'activity' and can take a little while to load).
after you choose the app, you have the option to edit the shortcut, name and icon.
click change icon, then pick picture, and find the new icon you want to use (assuming you have saved an icon image to your phone).
then click create. the new icon should be on your homescreen.

for dock icons, just long press on a dock icon space and select your option directly from there, you do not need to use bettercut for this as launcher pro will let you choose a custom icon for the dock.
