hi guys hope someone could help me with this problem. So just received a new Tv box mxiii and when i came to try it out, only the led works, i have no video output or audio. to try to solve my problem i tried, 3 different hdmi cables, 2 different TVs, and also i tried a different power supply. none of these solutions worked. Appreciate on any help.
