So I was trying to create a shortcut of a homescreen website for my homescreen when my phone starts to vibrate (once then two times in a row) and the message "The process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." and it forces me to close it. I can't see my homescreen, all i can do is make calls. Is there anyway for me to fix this without deleting all my photos saved onto the memory of the phone? ANY help is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried just restarting the phone? It might be a temporary glitch.
If it still happens after a restart you can perform a factory reset by going into Settings > Privacy > Factory Data reset. DO NOT tick the Format USB Storage box.
Now press the Reset phone button on the bottom. The phone will reboot and restore it to an out of the box condition but all your pictures and music etc will still be there. I would do a backup of your personal files just in case.
