Probably not lls
Why WOULDN'T they read them? I've heard from friends who work for Sprint that they heard about this site from people that they work with (managers, etc.).
The owner of this site recently got a droid X from Verizon to test. Obviously VZW follows (or at least knows) of the site. I would imagine that Sprint/ATT/TMobile etc all do as well.
Of course they do. General Motors engineer's live over at the CorvetteForum.com openly. This is a Mfg.s best way to see whats going on with there product and what future trends likes/dislikes are.
They absolutely do.
I'm sure they read it occassionally, and there's probably some among us who even post, but they're not going to officially respond to anything here. That's bad PR in the making.
They would be stupid not to. These forums are great repositories for feedback.
Sprint's Tech support does. They occasionally use these forums to fix any problems customers call in about. They also inform their employees how forums teach customers how to cheat the system with credits, free phones, and other discounts.
Good, that's nice to know they do care
Of course they read these forums. It's a catch 22 really...
