Sometime within the last couple of weeks, my wife's connection to the kohls.com site on her Galaxy Tab S has stopped working. When using the default browser, a blue progress bar keeps flashing as if it is trying to load the same file over and over. This is a bit below the address line. This problem does not appear on any other web sites that she has visited. When using the chrome browser, a spinning ball appears, but it never gets past that.
A report to Kohls.com web people just drew a cursory response.
Does anybody have any suggestions where I can look?
