Unable to Connect

[Android Question]

Hello, I just recently bought a Motorola MB865 and it's an unlocked phone, and I will be using T-Mobile on it. The APN is already correctly set-up for this network. However, I'm still unable to connect to the network, and wi-fi. I've checked the password for the wi-fi access, it's correct, and it enters but it never activates. Anyone know of a solution? Support would be very appreciated.

Assuming that the radios aren't broken, wifi and the phone network have nothing to do with each other. For wifi, "forget" the connection, then try to connect again.

If it doesn't connect to the phone network, bring it to TMobile. They're the only ones who will be able to help you with that. Oh, and the APN has nothing to do with voice or text, so right or wrong, you should still connect.
