Unable to download purchased app

I bought the Elecont weather app on my nexus 7, but when I go to download it on my S4 it wants me to purchase it. Both devices are using the same google account.

I bought the Elecont weather app on my nexus 7, but when I go to download it on my S4 it wants me to purchase it. Both devices are using the same google account.

If your accounts are in order, the only thing I could think of, is that the app comes in different tablet/phone version.

Just like Swiftkey and many other apps, which means you must buy one for each device type.

If that's not the case, you could get in touch with PLAY support, they are actually very prompt.
