Not a bug, it's more like, you may have to buy a new and better computer possibly...yes really.
Android Studio requires Intel VT(Virtualization Technology) to run. And some cheaper processors like Celeron don't support Intel VT. What processor and PC have you actually got there? Also check in your PC's BIOS and see if VT(Virtualization) is enabled or not.
Here is the information I have. And it seems that VT is Eables. So, what is next? Please advise.
