Support Unable to pair S7

    I am unable to pair my S7 with my Samsung UE40F7000 TV, I have screen mirroring on my tv but my phone is not finding the tv when pressing the quick connect on phone, please help.

    That's a 2013 model, so the onboard software used allcast I think to connect. This is no longer supported on the S7. You might try the Sidesync app on your S7 instead and see if that may force a connection. But the TV probably needs a software update to connect and I doubt Samsung has one for that model. But worth a try.

    Thanks for your reply Toto39, I had an HTC one M7 that connected to my TV ok. Updating TV software now, I'll let you know how it goes, cheers.

    No luck with TV update and then noticed my phone was in power saving mode so switched that off and hey presto its now working, thanks for your help anyway, cheers.

    No problem. Power saving mode can be annoying. There should be a way to use it and also use specific programs w/o interference.
