OK, so I'm 2 days into my VM service and for some reason I cannot receive any text messages to my mobile number from other people. Oddly enough I can send text messages and I *do* receive messages from VM (re: top-ups, etc.). I've been on the phone with different CSRs and I've gone through reactivating the phone via ##VIRGIN# to removing the battery to leaving the phone on while the CSR tried to download things to my phone (at least according to him). The one other variable with my issue is the fact that my number was ported over from Verizon. Could my issue have something to do with the porting process? How can I resolve this as it seems that I'm getting the runaround with customer service? Or do I need to wait it out and hope that everything works? Thanks.
