Root Unable to Root

I got Nexus 6P and installed all the SDK Tool and stuff on my computer and I can check the adb version and it shows the correct version. But when I try to do adb devices it will not show my Nexus 6P. I have installed the newest drivers for the phone on my computer and still no good.

Any suggestion?

Sure you've checked "allow USB debugging" in developer options?

Yep, USB debugging was the first thing I did. I had more time last night to play with it and just went through and installed everything anything and now got it working. 6P is now unlocked...now just got to find a kernel and ROM

Franco kernels my personal favorite. He should have a kernel out in the next couple of weeks. I'm also really interested in trying it paired with Cataclysm. That ROM/kernel combo gave me great battery life on the nexus 5

Everything is good now. I used MxMulti Tools and so easy to root and install a new patch kernel. Only problem I ran into with it is I never could get it to recognize my phone for the adb commands and just flashed SuperSU manually. Running the latest Pure Nexus MDBO8M and everything is running smooth.
