Help Unable to see files after download & copy

Hi All,

I Have Galaxy S3 mobile, i noticed that after copy or downloading the files like mp3,videos, if i want to play those files i cant see them in my music player but after an hours i can see those files, but dont know why this happen i think this is some kind of sync problem in android music player(audio & video), is anything i can do to play files instantly after download or copy from my system ?.

If you are using Google Music Player it could just be a syncing issue. I know my GMusic App takes a little to update, sometimes upwards of 10 minutes to show what I just put on it.
