did you try with the stock messaging app. i have a similar issue that the stock app never gives me.

have you got credit as mms is chargable.

have you got the correct settings.

Mobile data is switched on? Won't send or receive otherwise even if connected to wifi. Alternatively it could be your APN settings.

Need more info really, has it worked previously? etc.
