Help 'Unable To Send Your Message' message blocking OK unlock button

I've done some searching and I can't find this particular question/issue but whenever I lose signal and my phone is locked and my phone is trying to send a text, I can't unlock the phone because this message blocks the soft "OK" key for my PIN unlock screen on my S5.

This happens quite a bit because where I live (barracks) there's a lot of dead spots as well as places at work.

Is there any way to modify my phone via root or other methods to remove this message or move it out of the way? Something like that?

Shameless bump. No one experiencing this? There was an outage for a while today in Hawaii and this was happening, I was able to catch it one time and unlock but almost made my phone useless.

I have not heard of this issue! Hopefully someone may have a little more knowledge on it!
