Help Unable to turn on BT

I've done all I know to turn on my N4..BT... Nothing works.... Turned phone on/off.. Used a stylis as well as my finger.. done a hard boot.... nothing..... what gives... everything else works.....

I don't know what I did.. but I kept tapping it with my stylus.. It highlighted a blue square around the outside of the screen and came on....... Any ideas about this would be helpful....

Can you give us some additional background? Is your N4 stock, locked, and unrooted? When did the Bluetooth last work? Has it ever been dropped or gotten wet? Any details would help us help you (help us all ).
