Help Unable to update

[Whats wrong with my phone]

I have a samsung galaxy s 5, its had a pending software update but everytine i try to install it itbsays the installation was interuppeted and it wont install. My friend has the same phone and is running like 5. 2 or something and im still on 5. 0, i have more thsn half my phones storage free, whats wrong? -Jesse

Just to be sure, you've not rooted h phone or otherwise modified the system software (e.g. installed a custom recovery)? flat could well prevent an update installing.

Otherwise, just to check, is it the download that fails or the install?

It is in no way modified, and it is the install, the download goes through fine

If it was any other Carrier but AT&T you could download the updated firmware and flash it yourself. AT&T doesn't release its firmware and can only be had OTA. If you are near a Best Buy they have Samsung reps. working there and may be able to help getting the update to work. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
