If I flash a new nightly, do I have to flash my uncapped kernel again?

I'm currently running nightly 9/20/10 and uncapped kernel #14

So if I flash a new nightly, will I have to reflash my uncapped kernel?

Not to hijack your thread, but it SEEMS that I get a smoother experience when I don't mess with the kernels/overclocking. Just me.
