Unfortunately, Phone has stopped.

Woke up this morning and needed to make a phone call when I was greeted with "unfortunately, phone has stopped." Error upon opening phone app.

I have tried deleting data and cache for about every system app that has phone in it including the Sim kit.

I'm on B14. Any suggestions?
