Uninstall / remove apps

Here is step by step:

1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key and then tap Settings.
2. Flick to and tap Applications.
3. Tap Manage applications.
4. From the Downloaded tab, tap desired item.
5. Tap Uninstall.
6. Tap OK to confirm.
7. Tap OK.
8. To return to the Home screen, press the Home key.

1: Goto Application
2: Tap and Drag Application toward the bottom of the screen.
3: Drag over trash cash until "Drop to Uninstall" comes up then release.
4: Click Ok to Uninstall.
5: Then Ok again.

Make sure that you also clear Cache and Data because the phone tends to keep some left overs if you don't do so and will soon enough find that your phone is running out of room
