Uninstall Sprint Apps?

    Hello,

    How do you uninstall the apps from sprint? I did not see an easy way to do this under applications in settings? A lot of these apps I do not want, but certain ones do not want to uninstall. Any ideas?

    There is currently no way to do so. HTC said that was actually unintended and they are working on a way to allow them to be removed.

    Also, as soon as someone figures out a way to root this phone it won't be a problem either.

    Howdy All --- applications downloaded from MARKET can be uninstalled.

    Tap: Settings --> Applications --> Manage Applications

    The application list comes up, but you will find that only apps you downloaded from MARKET and maybe some apps you loaded on your own (*.apk files) can be removed. As noted, I am sure we will see this issue fixed in the upcoming release(s).

    I really want to get rid of quite a few stock apps. Nascar and nfl and amazon mp3

    amazon, peeps, youtube and stocks could all be removed without me ever looking back and asking myself why i would have ever done that. this from an eris user. great phone, but can live without the above listed apps.
