I accidentally (stupidly) uninstalled the TTS Service on my GS2 2.3.6 EK02. I did this using Titanium Backup after rooting the phone. Will unrooting my phone get the Service back? If I then re-root it, will the Service still be there?

Unfortunately no. The only way to get deleted system apps or services back is to reflash with a stock rom.

The firmwares listed seem to be for all countries except the US. My phone is a Sprint SPH-D710. Where do I get the firmware for it?
