uninstalling Talkback

[Android Question]

Alcatel One Touch Evolve-MetroPCS- installed the app Talkback and now my screens freeze- cannot scroll or even get to settings to uninstall. I have tried everything, including downloading an uninstaller app, but again the screens freeze and I can't scroll. Any advice welcome please

Let me see go act like you are going uninstall instead go to clear data and force stop try again hope It helps
