I was confused because there was no reference to the app in this thread. I've gone ahead and merged it with the original thread and put it in the help forum for you. It's best not to post the same question in multiple forums.

Rather than guess or try a futile search, let me ask, where did you get the image of the icon from in the first place? Was it from someone else's phone? Or, maybe a screen you saw in a blog?

Use your file manager and in the android/data folder search for ".apk". Begin your little adventure...

If some apps are on your SD card, repeat the same procedure...

Have you tried looking in your settings for its list of apps? It should show up there.
