I have the lg optimus v and have had it for five months now. There's several apps that I haven't noticed before until about two weeks ago...
Service Programu
Com.lge.LgHiddenMenu
Com.lge.hiddenmenu
And com.lge.internal
I cannot force close any(only one even has the option) and I cannot uninstall. Every time I click back after looking at its permissions, it would disappear! I was told that this is normal but why is it all of a sudden popping up and they have every permission known to man?!?!?! And not to mention when I switch between "running apps" and "all apps" the list has already been automatically scrolled down even if I haven't touched it. They don't always show up, so if they aren't visible its not scrolled down...when they're there it is scrolled. Its like a giant mind game..I would understand if this didn't randomly start happening.
since I've had the phone I normally go through both "running" and "all" apps.. so a couple weeks ago when I was doing this I went through and uninstalled a few games and looked at my running apps. I saw an app called "Service Programu" and clicked on it. Its icon looks like a mans face with his hair covering his face, you can see his arm, and it has an aqua tinted effect. I thought nothing of it, hit the back button and it disappeared and I couldn't find it all.
Well, tonight, I was randomly going through my apps again and I saw the Service Programu app again so I clicked on it to read its permissions...it could do anything. Could create Bluetooth connections, receive extra location info, change audio settings, intercept outgoing calls, disable keylick, read phones state and identity, reorder running applications, change ui settings, and send sticky broadcasts and SOOOOO much more. Can't force close..hit the back button and it was gone again.
I went to "all apps" .. "com.lge.LgHiddenMenu" it had even more permissions like changing system files, access point name settings, adding and deleting files with full internet and location access, and even could control acess and change my syncs and accounts. Also can control the "flashlight" which I do not even have on my phone. It had way more permissions then that as well.
