    Hello everybody.
So on my phone, someone named "Unknown" called me today and it was scary. Why? It was because "Unknown" didn't even have their own phone #. I also received a voice message afterward and I am scared to listen to it. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Probably a telemarketing robocall masking its number.

Some people pay phone companies to have their number private, and they show up like this on caller IDs.

You'll see more of these, I get them also. I use Extreme Call Blocker from the Play store, works fine

If someone does an outgoing VOIP phone call from Skype that can come up as "unknown", usually because there isn't one. International calls might show as "unknown" as well. Nothing to be concerned about I think. Then there's telemarketers, some people chose to make their number private, etc.

Sometimes for me, it's some numbers that are shown that I won't answer and will reject, because they're flagged as telemarketing, scam, nuisance, etc.
