    I have a new Galaxy Note 3. All apps loaded fine until I connected to my exchange server so I could sync my calendar and email. Installation went fine and everything synced. But now when I go to the PlayStore to download any apps they download but will not install. I get the Unknown Error -113. At the T-Mobile store they couldn't figure it out and did a factory rest. I reloaded the apps, then connected to the exchange server, everything synced, then: same error for any other apps I want to install. T-Mobile now says this is a microsoft problem. I disconnected from the exchange server and I can install apps, but have no calendar or email. BTW everything worked fine on my prior Galaxy III.

    Considering all the information available about error 113 (not the slightest bit), I'd say TMobile made a good guess. Something Exchange is doing is incompatible with something Android is doing.

    As a temporary fix, you can sync your Exchange email to a Google email account, and use that account on the phone. I think you can do that for most of the data on your Outlook calendar as well (link to a Google calendar), but I've never tried it so I can't guarantee it.

    Of course your company security policy may prohibit that - I can't tell you.

    Depending on the size of your organization, and how entrenched they are in MS development, they may be able to work with Microsoft's Exchange people to figure out what's happening and how to fix or get around it. It could be as simple as changing a setting in Exchange that wouldn't make any difference to the way your company uses Exchange.
