Set an 8 digit password lock on my Evo (just got it this morning), apparently it did not take when I saved it, now in order to unlock the phone I have to shut it off & reboot. I've tried the usual defaults, 1234, 0000, last 4 of phone #, Google word, etc. Anyone know how to reset, or change, or what the default password was?
Short of doing a factory reset, which I'd like to avoid if possible.
Any help appreciated!!!
Update: called Sprint tech support & after trying a few more passwords, they had me do a factory reset.
