I want to unlock my Verizon motorola droid bionic. How do I do that?
for carrier unlocks call verizon. you have to be a current customer and own the device outright not under a contract or anything like that.
Usually 'unlocking' refers to SIM unlock or carrier unlock as the previous poster mentioned. However since this is not a GSM compatible phone, I _think_ you might be actually wanting to root the phone?
If that's the case it will depend on the current software version on it. You can find a lot more information on rooting your phone here:
Bionic - All Things Root - Android Forums
Finally, if you are talking about unlocking the bootloader so that you can fall back and root the phone; no bootloader unlock exploit has ever been found for your device.
