Unlocked G6 buyers will get a free Google Home too!

Saw this over on Android Police:
(Update: Free Google Home) Pre-orders for the unlocked LG G6 are live on B&H

So $599 gets you the G6 and a Google Home or you can do like I did and get the G6, LG Watch Style, and free Google Home for $50USD more. All that and it's still under the suggested Manufacturers retail price.

I already signed up for my free Google Home, although, according to reviews, it's not as responsive as the Amazon Alexa. We'll see.

Anywho, I watched some Siri answer videos this morning and after that I just have to say...

Talked with B&H and LG. LG told me the IMEI on my phone was wrong. They gave me the right one but it's probably to late for the Google Home. I might get the two years insurance (I'm in the US) but if the IMEI is wrong on my settings.... I'm confused... Can I change it? that shouldn't be possible.

I'd push the issue. See if you can get LG to pony up the Google home because the error was clearly theirs if your phone and the box display the wrong IMEI. As for changing the IMEI, not sure if you can with the G6, but you shouldn't have to. I'd lay that on their doorstep too, even if it means sending you a new phone (with a 2-year warranty and Google home.)

Both numbers were wrong but I already had a Google Home so...
The LG Style was enough. It's my first smartwatch and getting multiple extras below MSRP is not a thing quite yet...
