unlocked new ispire4g doesn't turn on after charging

Hey guys!

I just orderd a new unlocked inspire 4g. At the first time, I turned on and I could work on it, it worked well. Then I put on the charger and went to school. When I came back and tried to do something with it, but it didn't respond.
I took the battery out and put it back, tried to turn on many times, but it doesn't do anything.

Does anyone know any hint what could happen? thx
