unlocking

i left my phone there, not knowing to my friend that there was a pattern to unlock it. he try many to unlock it but it fail. when i came back i try to unlock it with my security question but it fail. what help can u offer me .

If your device has WIFI or 3G enabled, then you should be able to follow the following advice

If you are talking about a screen lock password, then after a fixed number of incorrect entries your phone should prompt you for the password for the gmail account the phone is registered to. If that doesn't work, shut off the phone, log into the gmail account on a website and change the password using Google's password recovery. Once the new password is confirmed, turn on the phone and try using the new password.

If you do not have WIF/3G enabled, then you would have to do a factory reset, which would erase all data on the phone.
