Hi, bought a samsung galaxy portal of ebay about 2 months ago as a replacement for one that was stolen and it all worked fine until the screen started becoming very unresponsive, all the buttons worked fine as did the menus so we figured it was probably just a dodgy screen, so i've just changed the screen and the problem is still exactly the same, it is only recognising swipes to the right and even then only sometimes, not recognising any other gesture or click. I have tried a factory reset and there is no difference it is running
