I want to remove the unwanted pre-installed apps on my tab 4 7 inch.

I have a root app and can remove then but they just reinstall?

    How do I stop this?

Is your tab rooted? Is it the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7 inch?

Also, which "Root app" are you referring to that can "remove" apps.

System apps won't just reinstall, so most likely they weren't really removed in the first place, which is why it appears to "return" later. If the device isn't rooted then that's certainly what's happened (an app can't use root access unless the device is modified to allow that).

Yes it's a tab 4 7 inch I'm using Total Commander. I removed a bunch of Samsung word and spread sheet nonsense but they just reinstall.

Because you aren't rooted. Plus, removing those preinstalled apps won't free up space anyway.

OK thanks I though that app was the rooted thing. What's it for them are you familiar with it?
Can I remove the apps? Don't care about space I just don't want them. I can hide them with the launcher I use but would rather remove

Total Commander is a file explorer. Have a look at Package Disabler Pro in the Play Store. It's a paid app but works to remove bloat on Samsung Devices without root.

Just disable them if you don't know how to root. They won't appear then.

Thanks for all the replies I've disabled them and hidden them with my launcher.
