unwanted program showing pictures when phone rests

    This showed up a few days ago, and I dont knw what it is.
    It uses up battery power.
    It displays pictures of cities
    I went through the apps, I dont see anything odd.
    You slide it over to reopen the phone.
    I want to know how to nuke it.
    My 4 yr old grandson may have installed a game and this came along with it. 0623172131a.jpg

    Sounds like it could be Peel Remote possibly. We've had a lot of posts about it recently.

    Check the running apps menu after restarting your phone. If you find something that does not need to run it could be that app that is causing problems.

    I deleted a live-wallpaper app that had stopped showing live wallpapers, and that screen never has come back.

    It came back, so I got more aggressive and deleted 2 more wallpaper apps.
    I did an advanced google search on some presented dialogs, but came up with nothing.

    'card that plays sleep noises' was one check-able option to slide on or off.
    That does not even make any sense to me, like the programmer is chinese.

    Still have not seen that screen again.
