Hi, have the update available but yet to download and install.

Has anyone who has updated noticed anything worth having?

I ran the update too a few days ago and Google Now keeps saying that my location service is off, even though everything is switched on  I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or if something has been altered.

I have an unbranded One X on Orange in the UK.

Well 5 days on, I can't say I've noticed anything different about the phone since the update. That's probably a good thing!

I still have the same problem. Although I'm loath to do it, I may have to consider a factory reset. My battery life is horrendous now, too.

I have an unbranded One X on orange too but i have had no problem with Google now in fact i have seen something which i find better with the update, this is i now have the ability to let my apps update automatically while on wi-fi.

See above for the only difference i have found so far apart from slightly improved battery life.

My battery life has improved slightly & i have been lucky with my updates as i have never had to do a factory reset yet.
I have heard that quite a few people do have to do the factory reset though before they get the battery to settle again.
    Good Luck

Handy feature imho saves having to allow the apps to update via your own input,.
