Update 3G Display

I just updated from 1.5 to Manuall OTA 2.1 last night, and I have been messing around with it, I'm not gunna get into any of that, but I did install an app called "Quick System Info" from the market today, and I was deleting all the processes I didn't need, then rebooted, saw which ones start on there own, and there was a new process called "Update 3G Display", running at 18.73MB I'm curious if anyone else has seen this or would have any input on what it may be.

I have been using that app for some time now to monitor what runs on the phone and go through the logs. I have seen that process as well but I have not yet determined what it does.
