Help update to fix random reboot/screen problem

I have had my Oneplus One just over a month now. Since the 38R update I have had two problems. One is that the phone reboots for no apparent reason. The other is that near the top of the screen it is at times dead. By that I mean when I touch an icon to do something, nothing happens.

Read that I am not the only one with these problems. I further read a fix is on the way. But the info on this patch or fix is sketchy. Has anyone any info on a fix for these problems? Thanks

I have the 44S update. Try updating it to the latest 11S firmware issued by CM for the OnePlusOne.
