My N7000 running on 4.1.2. Recently notice that Android is getting more and more user unfriendly now.The main culprit are those update, update and update.

1). The system keep looking for update, update, and the update is such a big file. During the download of update, I force to close it. ever since that, the massage of " Unfortunately, the process.com google.process.gapps has stopped" this pop up keeps non stop poping up and I would say it almost brick the system. What are those update??? why so many update?? Android got nothing else to do beside updating??
2). I really dont like the explorer of this version, so I install the "Opera browser". after using it for a few days, it was uninstall automatically !! Its is not accidently uninstall ! Cos I tried to reinstall it again, and same thing happen. Android is going to monopolize the market like microsoft?
Android is so anoying now. I think its time switching over to Iphone now.:mad:

Well, that'll certainly stop the Android update notifications.

Kidding aside, welcome to the forums, samlit. I hope you stick with us, because your situation is resolvable.

Stopping an update midstream can cause some issues, so a factory data reset can resolve that and the other things you mention.

Turn it off, the press the volume up plus and the home button and the power button at the same time. Wait a little while until the white "..Galaxy.." letters show up, then quickly release all three buttons and wait for the bluish recovery menu to show up. Navigate to the "factory reset" item and press power, then wait for the process to finish then hit power again once the "reboot now" item is highlighted.

You'll be back to "out of the box" condition. Be sure to back up important files prior to doing the reset. :)

Many thanks Frisko, I believe the factory reset is the last option. And I believe nobody wants a factory reset and spend hours or days to reinstall all what ever App it use to have.
Then a few day later the same problem will comes back, again we repeat the factory reset? lol.
Anyway, thank you for your reply.
