I hv galaxy spica...i need to install froyo., but ust heard tht officially samsung is not gng to upgrade spica,,, i need help to install froyo manually,,, is it safe? Wud it crash my phone ?

Without a factory provided Android image the next best way would be to load a custom rom, if it exists. If it doesn't then you'll need to build one complete with any drivers needed to support your specific hardware. That would require a LOT of trial and error...
