Root updated radio + CM6

if I update my radio, will the camcorder work with CM6? or would I have to use skyraider's froyo rom to get a full functioning froyo ROM?

nothing against skyraider, they are great ROMs it's just that I don't like sense so I'm sticking with cyanogen.

if updating the radio won't help cyanogenmods ROM, does anybody know if they've made any progress with getting the camcorder to work?

camera/camcorder dont work for me on the aug 2nd nightly, but the camera does work on the cm6 test 8 rom. Im using the new 2.whatever radio so no they wont work

I'm running the test 8 mashup with the updated radio and everything besides the camcorder works fine.

So why does sky raider have the camcorder figured out and cyanogen doesn't?
