I got the motoblur update yesterday and I downloaded and installed it after trying to find out if I could or not while rooted. Turns out you can't I had to wipe the phone and reflash in order it for to stop turning on and off. Can anyone tell me if the update actually made a noticeable change and if I should unroot and install it. Thank you.

No really big difference. You can always re-root after installing the update if you desire. Or you can go back to stock with RSDLite and just flash the 1.32.20 Files (CLIQ XT & QUENCH firmwares Superthread) which is the Update and then just root.

SuperOneClick Root would probably be the quickest and easiest.

Thanks Mastermind but what is superoneclick root ? I'm getting super annoyed now cause I downloaded the stupid update on accident.........and now every hour on the hour it asks me to install it I would rather not go through the root process again but this is getting ridiculous.
