Root Updating Apps After Root

I'm having problems updating some apps after rooting (one click root).

I just tried updating both batterytime lite and super slot and both said download unsuccessful.

Also, now after that, those programs show as "free" in the market, rather than "installed", but they are still installed on the phone.

I froze the following apps using Titanium.
Amazon
Blockbuster
City ID
HelpCenter
MotoGAL (Corporate Directory)
Mynet (VPN Services)
NewsWidget (1.2)
Kindle (redding?)
Skype
Voicemail (visual voicemail)
Weather 2.1 (weather widget?)
Social Networking

Any ideas?

Sorry for all the messages. Paper toss just updated and I had no problem with that. I don't get it. Maybe someone else can try downloading batterytime lite or super slot. Could it be just a problem with those apps and not my phone? Doubt it.

Right now I've reversed everything I did except I haven't unrooted.

EDIT:
Someone here

confirmed that those 2 apps aren't download on an unrooted phone right now.

Could it be that much of a coincidence? I guess maybe.
