Upgrade Decisions

So how is everyone making an upgrade desision? I was all for the Thunderbolt, but new phones are coming out every week. I just saw the Incredible S this morning, altho it doesnt look like it has a front facing camera. So what are the thoughts on all the upcoming phones? I'm kinda lost now.

I have been letting these threads go through as it's always nice to have a little discussion about the newer phones and seeing who's planning on jumping ship, but now it seems like people aren't even bothering LOOKING at the existing threads to seek info. OP, please use one of the above threads to find what you are looking for and to help in your decision-making.
