    Hey guys, Ive been having some problems with my Captivate lately and I was told after 3 phones you are eligible for a model switch. Does anyone know what phones they would offer to switch to? Are the BB Curve or Torch available?

    Are you within the 30 days from when you bought it? I would just go and find out. Good luck though. I'm on my 3rd Captivate and the AT&T manager of the store I went to wouldn't let me switch to another phone. He was the new manager. The old manager would have let me for sure.

    no im not withing the 30 day period. You need to call customer support. They will most likley switch it out for you. If they deny just ask for their manager or boss.
